We offer a 7-day return window for standard collection items. If you change your mind, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including all cards and accessories).
- Shipping Cost: For non-quality-related returns (e.g., change of mind, size exchange), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: Returns initiated after the 7-day window (if approved by our team) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

3. 30-Day Quality Warranty
We stand by the craftsmanship of our jewelry. If your item develops a manufacturing defect or quality issue within 30 days of delivery, we will make it right.
- Solution: We offer a free repair or a brand-new replacement.
- Cost: GUANQI will cover all repair costs and reshipment fees for verified quality issues.
4. Lifetime Repair Service (After 30 Days)
We want your GUANQI piece to accompany you for a long time. For issues occurring after 30 days, or damages caused by accidental wear and tear (e.g., broken elastic, dropped stones):
- Service: We provide professional repair services.
- Cost: The customer is responsible for two-way shipping costs. A small repair fee may apply depending on the extent of the damage (e.g., cost of missing beads).
5. How to Initiate a Return or Repair

- Your Order Number (e.g., #GUANQI1001).
- Clear photos or videos of the item (especially for quality issues).
Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they may be lost.
