Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing GUANQI. We are dedicated to delivering your energy crystals safely and efficiently. Below are the details regarding our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • High Volume: During holidays or new collection launches, processing may take an additional 1-2 days. We appreciate your patience.
  • Split Shipments: Depending on stock availability, your order may be shipped from our US warehouse or our international studio. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure you receive them as fast as possible.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We are pleased to offer Complimentary Free Shipping on all orders over $99 USD.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or flight restrictions.

3. Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both "In-Stock" and "Pre-Order" items:

  • We will ship the In-Stock items to you immediately so you don't have to wait.
  • Pre-Order items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available (at no extra shipping cost to you).
  • Estimated wait times for pre-order items are listed on the specific product page.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. However, please be aware of the following regarding international orders:

  • Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
    • This means product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
    • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

6. Damages & Issues

We insure our packages. While GUANQI is not liable for damage caused purely by the carrier, we want to ensure you receive perfect products.

  • If your item arrives damaged: Please contact us at support@guanqilife.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or file a claim.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it:

  1. Check with your neighbors or building manager.
  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as "delivered" before they arrive).
  3. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

While GUANQI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order, please contact our support team. We will do our best to assist you in locating the package or providing documentation for your claim.
